Who We Are
We are UNIQUE.
We're a self funded non-profit legal aid program. We're dedicated to helping poor, disabled people who have
been turned down by the government for Social Security disability, SSI benefits, or veterans' disability benefits. We
also help people who have been subjected to abusive debt collection practices.
We are CARING.
We're attorneys who represent you. In disability cases, we charge a fee only if you win an award of back
benefits. We represent you at a reduced fee. It is part of our non-profit mission.
We are EXPERIENCED.
We're attorneys who together have more than three decades of Social Security experience and over four decades of overall
legal experience. We know how the system works, and what you're going through.
