Services' Benefits Unit specializes in four kinds of cases heard before Social Security Administrative Law Judges:
1) Social Security Disability (DIB) cases,
2) Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases,
3) Benefits Termination
cases, and
4) Overpayment cases.
Gateway has appealed Social Security cases to the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri,
the Western District of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, and the Western District of Arkansas, and to the United
States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
